Meet Rob Milford

Rob Milford is the visionary founder and managing director of Milford Research and Consultancy. A respected figure in the realm of collaborative business management, his extensive background spans designing, building and implementing shared services within local government, catering to numerous partners.

Driven by his PhD research and hands-on experience, Rob has pinpointed the complex challenges of collaborative work, leading him to devise transformative tools and techniques. Notably, he pioneered the Collaborative Business Management & Leadership Programme, which has gained recognition by The Institute of Leadership and Management.
