Our founder
Dr Rob Milford stands at the helm of Milford Research and Consultancy as our insightful founder and managing director. Esteemed in collaborative business management, he boasts a rich history in designing, shaping and implementing shared services in both the public and private sectors.
With insights from his PhD research and practical involvement, Rob has delved deep into the intricate challenges of collaborative endeavours, leading him to curate pioneering tools and methodologies. His notable achievements include creating the Collaborative Business Management & Leadership Programme, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Under Rob’s guidance, academic rigour merges with pragmatic solutions, guiding organisations and their leaders towards a collaborative future marked by excellence.
