What is The Leadership Clinic?

For ages 21+, the Leadership Clinic is a service which offers bespoke, 1-to-1 training and advice to support new leaders. In addition, this programme is open to all leaders and managers who are eager to support new and emerging leaders using their work experience/industry knowledge. This would be a great option for retirees who feel as if they’d still like to participate in the working world indirectly by supporting the next generation.

The Clinic has already assisted a new charity called ‘Beyond the Book’ to get through their application to the charity commission- helping an idea lift into a reality.

Our location, Deer Park, nestled in a private Cotswold’s estate, pushes the idea of being a ‘space to breathe’. This is because of its expansive views and flourishing wildlife ranging from greenery to creatures such as Lambs, Deer and free-roaming Peacocks. These revitalizing and surreal features of our office grounds creates the perfect atmosphere for those involved in the Leadership Clinic as it’s the perfect place to wind down and clear your head when having or processing constructive conversations.
